First your gonna need to define these as a pattern.

Step 1: Click Here
Type out your text, then do a 2px stroke of white.

Step2 : Click Here
Then Duplicate the layer Of Text & Merge the Two together.

Step 3: Click Here
Then hit CTRL+A, click somewhere and move the mouse so it selects the text + the outline.

Step 4: Click Here
Make a new layer under your top layer, make sure you keep the selection though...

Step 5: Click Here
Then go to selection>modify>expand & expand 2px's

Step 6: Click Here
Then on your middle layer that you created, make sure you still have your selection from step 4, and fill it with black, by using the bucket tool. you can get rid of your selection now.

Step 7: Click Here
Now your gonna go to layer>layer style> pattern overlay on your middle layer that you filled in with black and use the pattern overlay to fill in the first glitter frame, use the glitter frames i provided earlier...

Step 8: Then click on the next layer up, and pattern overlay the next glitter frame, then go on the next one up, and use the pattern overlay on the last glitter frame, so now you should have 4 layers, plus your background one.

Step 9: Then go to window>animation and an animation bar will pop up.

Step 10: Click Here
Delete your background layer & crop out your main part NOW. Then Hide the first two glitter framed layers, and click on the "make new frame" on your animation bar.

Step 11: Click Here
Then hide your bottom glitter frame layer, and un-hide your middle glitter frame, and click "make new frame" on the animation bar, then hide your middle glitter frame, and un-hide the top glitter frame, and click "make new frame" on the animation bar. Then delete the very last frame so you should be left with 3 frames.

Step 12: Click Here
Click on the first frame, hold shift & click on the last one, then click on the "seconds" option and change it to 0.01 seconds between each frame, and then click the play button!
